After Hurricane Irma, we could see a certain amount of damage to our tile roof, but were unaware of the extent of damage. A local roofer indicated it was just a repair and not a replacement. I was referred to CMR by a neighbor and had them examine the roof. They found significant lift in the tiles and recommended a complete replacement. The work was complete before we left Naples for the season. We feel we dodged a bullet for two reasons. One, during the tear off of the old roof, CMR found the roof already had a leak and the wood underlayment had begun rotting, and two, if we hadn't had CMR examine the roof, we are confident that the lifted tiles would have eventually caused further leaks. We would eventually have been required to replace the roof and pay out of pocket. We were fortunate to find CMR and they did a terrific job taking care of us.
