Shaun Torrente is one of the most dynamic drivers on the tour. His racing career began in the US when he was just 14 years old, starting in Formula Lights where he won 3 national championships and set 4 world speed records. Shaun later progressed to become an SST-120 (F2) World Champion in both 2002 and 2003. He eventually elevated his status, winning the North American F1 Championship three times.

Shaun joined Team Qatar in 2011, which marked his first full season. Out of 39 starts, he won 5 times and has earned 14 podium finishes, qualifying in pole position 5 times. Shaun has also finished as the runner-up in the World Championship in 2013 and 2016, taking 3rd overall twice. In 2015, he joined the Victory Team at the Grand Prix of France.
