Elegance, Craftsmanship, & Performance
Historical Roof Restoration
Historical roof restoration is one of our primary specialties at CMR. We pride ourselves on delivering the expertise, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail required to bring treasured American landmarks back to life. Our team has decades of experience in traditional roofing materials and installation techniques, which is rare to find. Our unique blend of creativity, artisan talent, and advanced knowledge in roofing systems enables us to deliver beautiful roofs that offer peak performance and protection while staying true to the original aesthetic.
Old Red Courthouse
The Old Red Courthouse sits in Dallas’ city center and serves as a prime example of CMR’s craftsmanship and expertise in complex restoration projects. Watch the video for an inside look at how we brought this roof back to life with slate, clay tile, and custom copper work.
George Washington Headquarters at Valley Forge

The National Park Service chose CMR to restore George Washington’s headquarters at Valley Forge. Helping to preserve places that are so vital to American History fills our team with pride. Hispanic Society of America
New York City, NY
This roof restoration won the North American Copper in Architecture Award and the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy. CMR was a terrific fit for this project, as we specialize in copper restoration and replacement.
