Need help with an insurance claim?

For many of our customers, the first place they will begin to see the CMR difference is while working with their Personal Representative on their insurance settlement. Since all of our Personal Representatives are highly trained on how to negotiate insurance claims, and many are actually licensed adjusters, you can have confidence that the first steps you take toward your new roof are in the right direction.

But how will you know if you even need a new roof?

We'll give you a free roof inspection! Many of our current customers were never aware of the damage that existed on their roof until after meeting with a CMR Representative. Our free inspections even include photographs of any damage that is visible. This makes many of our customers feel better informed by actually seeing the damage for themselves.

Your Personal Representative also will prepare an itemized Loss Statement detailing what was damaged. We will then compare the damage with your insurance company's criteria for replacing your roof. Your representative will even meet with your insurance adjuster to show and explain the damage on your behalf at no charge to you! It's an easy way to have the peace of mind that you are getting what you deserve. After all, you wouldn't go to court without a lawyer, why would you deal with an insurance company without someone qualified to represent and guide you.
